Any service scope is confirmed only after intake and mechanical inspection, and a final quote is given only after the bicycle and component condition have been reviewed.
Prices, deposits, and collection arrangements depend on the agreed scope, component condition, and parts availability. A deposit may be requested for larger or more complex work, and payment may be made by card, bank transfer, or cash on collection, as applicable.
Estimated turnaround times are indicative only and may change if parts are unavailable, additional work is identified, or the scope changes after inspection. We do not guarantee exact replacement parts, brands, colours, or completion dates until compatibility and supplier availability have been confirmed.
